Amy Schrempp, Director of Planning and Innovation at the Star Tribune is responsible for working across departments to drive and implement the Star Tribune’s strategic plan. She leads the OKR process to set company-wide goals, define success metrics, and track performance. Amy joined the Star Tribune in 2023, bringing innovative methods like design thinking to shape the company’s future. She previously led strategy and innovation efforts in local and state government.  She holds degrees from Hamline University and St. Mary’s University of Minnesota.
