Michelle Mueller // Senior Vice President, Human Resources

Michelle Mueller is Star Tribune’s senior vice president of human resources, with responsibility for all of the company’s talent-management initiatives. She oversees all company strategies, policies, and programs to recruit and retain a world-class team for the emerging digital-centric world. Mueller is a 25-year HR veteran with experience in leading organizations through large-scale global transformations, increasing employee engagement, and spearheading change initiatives. Earlier in her career, she served in a range of talent-management capacities for Thomson Reuters and Delta Air Lines/Northwest Airlines. Mueller earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Minnesota – Duluth.
