Star Tribune Bloggers at Minnesota State Fair are available for on-air interviews

Minneapolis/St. Paul - (August 24, 2007) - WHAT:

Blogging - it’s one of the hottest web trends going, but leading a virtual conversation requires knowledge of the topic and the ability to relate to the online audience. Star Tribune bloggers excel at both, and some of them are available to do on-air interviews before or after their appearances at the Star Tribune booth.

WHO and WHEN:

Cribsheet bloggers May Chen and Kay Krhin

Cribsheet is the blog for Twin Cities dads and moms who are changing diapers and changing priorities. May and Kay don’t claim to be experts, just new parents groggily making their way through each day right along with their audience. They’ll be at Star Tribune booth at the Fair Wednesday, Aug. 29, 12-1 p.m.

Greengirls bloggers Connie Nelson (who also is the Home + Garden editor), Jamie Chismar and Robin Dochterman

Greengirls Jaime Chismar, Connie Nelson, and Robyn Dochterman are dishin' the dirt from the backyard garden and beyond. They’ll be at the Star Tribune booth at the Fair Monday, Aug. 27, at 4 – 5 p.m.

KaBlog blogger (and KaChing columnist) Kara McGuire

Kara puts the ''personal'' back in personal finance, the ''me'' in money management, the ''I'' in investing. She’ll be at the Star Tribune booth at the Fair Friday, Aug. 24 10:30 –11:30 a.m., & Friday, Aug. 31 3:30-4:30 p.m.

Randball blogger Michael Rand

Sports reporter Michael Rand explores the soft underbelly of sports in his blog, Randball. He’ll be at Star Tribune booth at the Fair Saturday, Sept. 1, 7 p.m.
