Tracy Sinopoli promoted to Executive Sales Director at the Star TribuneMinneapolis/St. Paul - (September 14, 2006) - Tracy Sinopoli has been promoted to executive sales director at the Star Tribune. She takes on the additional role of managing regional retail sales territories along with her current responsibilities for direct mail and Twin Cities Values, a total-market coverage advertising product. Four regional sales managers will report to her.
“Tracy has provided strong leadership for our direct marketing operation,” said Mike LaBonia, senior vice president, Sales and Strategic Development. “She will bring outstanding sales management leadership to our retail territories, as well.”
Sinopoli, who has more than 20 years experience in the industry, joined the Star Tribune in 1996 as a strategic account executive. In 2000 she moved to Metro Marketing, a Star Tribune subsidiary, as sales manager. She later merged Metro Marketing into the Star Tribune’s direct marketing operation.
