Star Tribune Executives Get New ResponsibilitiesMinneapolis/St. Paul - (March 8, 2006) - Star Tribune executives Ben Taylor and Karen Larson have been given new assignments, Publisher and President Keith Moyer announced today.
Taylor becomes senior vice president for Marketing and Communications, and Larson becomes vice president for Classified Advertising. Larson replaces Colleen Eddy, who left the company in January.
Larson had been vice president for marketing. Taylor was senior vice president for communications, community affairs and the Star Tribune Foundation and in his new role will combine these duties with marketing.
Larson has been with the company since 1988 in sales, marketing and finance roles, and Taylor has been with the company since 1995 in product development, marketing and communication and community affairs roles.
