Job Description:
This position conceptualizes and creates high quality graphic solutions for Startribune.com, web advertising customers and internal promotions.  Creates high quality internet banners, sponsorships and HTML email templates.  Requires an understanding of sophisticated design concepts, transforms strong design skills into finished products and implements design improvement opportunities into process.  Assists in the design of policies, standards and procedures to ensure timely delivery of high quality products and services.  Works closely with members of Sales, Fulfillment, Marketing, Web Development and Content  to achieve client goals and objectives. 

Qualifications:
*Graphic art degree-emphasis in electronic advertising preferred
*Minimum 2 years of building web sites for large companies
*Previous advertising agency experience required
*Ability to integrate concepts across multiple forms of media
*Demonstrated skills in imaging and illustration software programs
*Proficient using MAC Desktop Suite (PhotoShop, Illustrator, Acrobat, MacroMedia Flash, DreamWeaver, HTML, Cascading Style Sheets and FTP)
*Proficient using MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint and Excel) 
*Experience using QuarkXpress and Final Cut Pro preferred
*Ability to work collaboratively with teams
*Previous print design and production expertise highly desirable
