Job Description: This position is responsible for all aspects banner, email, search and mobile products. Will work to achieve foals around advertiser satisfaction, revenue and site use. Provides marketing leadership and expertise for sales and marketing teams. You’ll work to identify opportunities for advertisers, work with cross-functional teams to develop or implement products, create sales launches, and monitor products to make sure they achieve revenue goals and meet advertiser needs.

Qualifications: Qualifications: Degree in business management, marketing or communications. Minimum 3+ years business exp. & 2 years exp. in each of the following: project management from concept to implementation, product development and digital media. Experience developing business cases to include developing product P & L’s. Strong analytical and organization skills and demonstrated ability to manage details, a plus. Experience in the development of digital advertising programs and sales-pitches. Familiarity with banner advertising and e-mail marketing is a plus. Must have a passion for digital media and an ability to relate new technologies to solve consumer and advertiser needs.
