Job Description:
This position effectively manages the order and fulfillment process of all Movie and Standby advertising.  Coordinates and negotiates communication between Advertising Traffic/Sales, Make-up, Production and News regarding special advertising positions.  Acts as the initial contact for all late ad/kill requests.  Manages and maintains open inventory and revenue tracking reports for special advertising positions.  Ensures strong relationships with marketer customers through effectively managing the order fulfillment processes.

Qualifications:
Qualified candidates will have an Associates degree, advertising emphasis preferred.  Must have 1-2 years of sales experience (media-related preferred) and telephone sales experience.  Strong planning, organizing, negotiating, analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.  Must have strong customer service orientation and ability to multi-task.  Must have excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to work in a team setting.
