Job Description:
This position manages relationships with Real Estate, Rental, and builder clients to grow and develop their business needs.  Sells multiple advertising products that satisfy the clients needs and introduce them to the family of Star Tribune products.  Maintains a thorough understanding of customer's business goals, products and services.  In addition, acts as a Marketing expert and resource for the client; is aware of client's industry and provides appropriate advertising solutions.  Actively seeks out new business to meet or exceed sales goals.

Qualifications:
Qualified candidates will have a college degree (or equivalent exp.) and a minimum of two years sales experience.  Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.  Must have demonstrated prospecting, presentation and closing skills.  Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills are essential.  Must have the ability to sell a wide range of products and establish a rapport with clients.
Knowledge and experience in the Media industry/Advertising sales is preferred.
