Job Description:
This position is responsible for contacting current and former subscribers to secure payment and renew subscriptions to the Star Tribune newspaper.  Retention Specialists will conduct delivery service checks, solicit payments from customers and market enrollment in the EZ pay program.  Works to upgrade customer subscriptions and solicits for special marketing promotions.

Qualifications:
Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent experience.  Must have excellent communication skills and previous telephone sales experience is preferred.  Strong customer services skills are essential for this position. Knowledge of the Circulation industry is a plus.
