Star Tribune Reorganization

On January 15, 2009, the Star Tribune Company filed a voluntary petition to reorganize under Chapter 11 of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York. Since then, the Star Tribune has continued to operate as usual and to continue to publish its award-winning newspaper and website without interruption. For more information, click here.
