Jamie Flaws is Vice President of Classified Advertising and Niche Publications at the Star Tribune. She is responsible for all advertising sales in the classified vertical marketplaces, and directs niche product development and life cycle management for existing publications, including vita.mn.

Flaws joined the Star Tribune in 1996 with responsibilities to bring StarTribune.com/Jobs to market. From 1997-2002 she was Sales Manager for employment advertising. During 2003-2006 Jamie was the Marketing Director for niche products and led project management for implementations of company-wide initiatives. Prior to her promotion to Vice President, Jamie was the Executive Director for classified advertising at the Star Tribune.

Flaws holds a bachelor's degree in music from St. Olaf college, and serves on the board for the Minneapolis Downtown Council.
