David Diegnau Director of Information Technology

David Diegnau is Director of Information Technology, responsible for all Star Tribune information processing systems.

Diegnau joined the Star Tribune in 1987 in the Circulation Department, where he held a variety of positions before moving to the IT Department in 1996. He has managed systems for Manufacturing, Circulation and Advertising.

Since 2003, Diegnau has been assistant IT Director, with oversight of infrastructure and enterprise applications. Recently, Diegnau has either led or been a part of the project team for the new publishing and advertising systems, financial systems, data center consolidation, and Circulation Management system.

Diegnau is a member of the Newspaper Systems Group.
