Deadlines are:

* 5 p.m. Friday, one week prior to the event for Friday Calendar
* 5 p.m. Friday, 10 days prior to the event for the Sunday calendar, called "Eight Days Out"
* Noon on Tuesday before Sunday publication for Sunday Outdoors Calendar.

We'll include as many items as possible, but events run on a space-available basis.
